SDG-1041.jpg

Ballet Technique at SDG provides a structured and enriching training experience, combining the proven methods of RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) and the Vaganova system. Classes are designed to build strong technical foundations while nurturing artistry, musicality, and expressive movement. Dancers develop proper alignment, strength, flexibility, and control through carefully guided barre and centre work. By blending the precision and progression of RAD with the fluidity and expressive depth of Vaganova training, students learn to move with both discipline and intention. At SDG, ballet is also approached as an act of worship, encouraging dancers to grow not only in skill but in character and faith. Whether a dancer is building foundational skills or refining advanced technique, this class supports each student’s growth with a focus on longevity, confidence, and excellence—both in their dancing and in their walk of faith.
