Junior Choir (Grade 1 to 4)

Service Description

Junior Vocal (Grade 1+) Focus on developing the young or untrained voice for singing, choir, and worship. Students will learn the elements of good vocal technique, including breath control, posture, pitch, diction, clarity of tone, clean vowels, performance techniques, basic musical terminology, and an introduction to solfege. Students will also sing in two-part harmony and learn to navigate printed music. Students at all levels will learn various songs and perform age-appropriate sacred songs at the end of the term. Vocal placement is predominantly by age, but you may contact us further to discuss previous musical experience. Please add a $25 uniform fee/yr for the girls in your payment. A performance fee will be added before the recital. A 5% Discount is applied with full-year registration.
